Craig Cowart
President
Craig Cowart has a wide range of home improvement industry experience ranging from regional retail, wholesale distribution, and big box retailers over his 25+ year career. Starting at Marvin's Building Materials on the retail floor, Craig worked in store operations before being promoted to a buyer. He was hired by Lowe's in 1998 as a global merchant before accepting an offer to return to Marvin's to help with their new store expansion strategy and managing LBM departments as a merchant. Craig was eventually promoted to VP of merchandising/marketing, and in 2011, President of Marvin's. Craig has worked in wholesale distribution as a GM for Home Depot subsidiary Your Other Warehouse in Atlanta, and as President of Handy Hardware in Houston. More recently as a member of Orgill's Tyndale Advisors, Craig served as CEO of Fulcrum Building Group, a Florida based new company start up, and is now working with CNRG Stores as their President.
Paul Comeau, Senior VP of Operations - Marvin’s Building Materials, Morrison Terrebonne, Buck's Bargain Center, Hiawassee Hardware, Moore’s Lumber & Hardware, Habersham Hardware, and Taylor Foster. Paul joined Marvin’s Building Materials as the Director of Loss Prevention in 1999 following 10 years of similar work in soft goods retail. He held several roles within Marvin’s to include CAO from 2007 to 2015 in conjunction with operational oversight. Paul joined the Tyndale Advisors team in 2017 where he continues to oversee HR for Tyndale supported companies. In March of 2020 he took the operational leadership role for Marvin’s and the GA locations, and has added Buck's Bargain Center and Morrison Terrebonne.
Mike Frattallone, Senior VP of Operations - Frattallone's Hardware & Garden and MAC's Hardware. Mike has been in the retail hardware industry nearly his entire life--moving to full time in 1997 to help with his family's business, Frattallone's Ace Hardware. As time progressed, Mike has held responsibility for many facets of the Frattallone's chain, including human resources, marketing, finance, and operations. Mike has a deep passion for marrying business and philanthropy to help both those in need and to build a strong corporate culture. In 2014, Mike was named the "Corporate Person of the Year" for Children's Miracle Network. Mike joined CNRG in 2021 when Frattallone's was acquired by CNRG, and serves as Senior Vice President of Frattallone's Hardware and Garden and MAC's Hardware.
Chris Depinto, Senior VP of Operations - Chris oversees Town & Country Hardware, LumberJack Building Supply, Home Hardware Center, and Germantown Hardware.
Boyd White, Senior VP of Operations - Boyd White brings over 30 years of end-to-end hardware industry expertise spanning retail, wholesale distribution, and manufacturing. After a 25-year tenure at Westlake Ace Hardware in various leadership roles, Boyd served as Divisional Merchandise Manager for Handy Hardware and Senior VP of Operations at Everflow Supplies, where he oversaw full-scale business functions from sourcing to sales. Most recently, he led merchandising and product development for iconic brands like Gilmour and Nelson at Lawn and Garden LLC. Boyd joined CNRG in January 2025, currently leads Outdoor Supply Hardware, Elliott’s, and Supply Chain operations.
