John Sieggreen, President – John worked for more than 20 years with Wolohan Lumber Co. (Michigan), a publicly traded chain of home centers and pro-focused lumber yards. There, he spent time in various executive roles, including Vice President-Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and President; he also served on the company’s board of directors. John also spent three years with BMC West, first leading the company’s Mergers & Acquisitions activity and later, serving as the company’s General Merchandise Manager. John also worked for Procter & Gamble early in his professional career. John has an undergraduate degree from Marquette University, an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Michigan.
David Mills, Executive Vice President - Operations– David has been in retail and systems for 32 years, has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama and a CPA Certificate (inactive). David began his professional career with 11 years at Bruno’s Supermarkets where he first worked in store management, then worked as a buyer in purchasing, before working in finance and accounting. This rare experience gives David keen insight in Operations and Purchasing beyond most accountants. He worked 4 years at Marvin’s as Controller then CFO then spent 5 years as a business consultant for MI9 Business Solutions. At MI9 he served as a primary project manager on site for three large customers during their implementation of the MI9 Software Systems. These customers included Bare Escentuals Cosmetics, Barneys New York and Tuesday Morning. David spent the last 11 years as CNRG’s CFO prior to moving into his current operations role.
Vince Plets, Senior VP of Operations – McLendon Hardware, Outdoor Supply Hardware, Parkrose Hardware. Vince has been in retail hardware and building materials for 36 years starting with Erb Lumber in Michigan, which later became a part of Stock Building Supply. He has held several roles in leadership including store management, Market Area Manager, and Director of Business Process. He also worked for Ace Hardware for 8 years as a District Manager in Indiana and Michigan, Regional Manager in the Pacific Northwest, and Director of Operations for the western United States. He has lead support teams specializing in business consultative roles, new market growth, training, projects and more. He has a degree in Business Management from Macomb College as well as Advanced Business Leadership from Darden School of Business - University of Virginia.
Raymond White, Senior VP of Operations – Buck's Bargain Center, Home Hardware Center, Mac's, Morrison Terrebonne. Raymond has worked in retail management for 38 years, always with a focus on hardware and building materials. He began his career at Merco Builder's Center where he started as an Assistant Store Manager and quickly became a Multi-Store Manager. He then joined the Crapanzano Brothers Building Supply team for almost almost nine years, where he helped transform the brand from an every day building supply store, to an industry leader in the Louisiana market. In 1998, Raymond joined Home Hardware Center and has since managed store operations, marketing, purchasing and multiple teams. With his most recent promotion, Raymond will now serve as a Senior Vice President over key CNRG brands such Home Hardware Center, Morrison Terrebonne and Mac's.
Paul Comeau, Senior VP of Operations – Marvin’s Building Materials, Hiawassee Hardware, Moore’s Lumber & Hardware, Habersham Hardware, Harvey Lumber and Taylor Foster. Paul joined Marvin’s Building Materials as the Director of Loss Prevention in 1999 following 10 years of similar work in soft goods retail. He held several roles within Marvin’s to include CAO from 2007 to 2015 in conjunction with operational oversight. Paul joined the Tyndale Advisors team in 2017 where he continues to oversee HR for Tyndale supported companies. In March of 2020 he took the operational leadership role for Marvin’s and the GA locations.
Mike Frattallone, Senior VP of Operations – Frattallone's Hardware & Garden. Mike has been in the retail hardware industry nearly his entire life--moving to full time in 1997 to help with his family's business, Frattallone's Ace Hardware. As time progressed, Mike has held responsibility for many facets of the 22-location Frattallone's chain, including human resources, marketing, finance, and operations. Mike has a deep passion for marrying business and philanthropy to help both those in need and to build a strong corporate culture. In 2014, Mike was named the "Corporate Person of the Year" for Children's Miracle Network. Mike joined CNRG in 2021 when Frattallone's was acquired by CNRG, and serves as Senior Vice President of Frattallone's Hardware and Garden.
Craig Cowart, Senior VP - Supply Chain – Craig Cowart has a wide range of home improvement industry experience ranging from regional retail, wholesale distribution, and big box retailers over his 25+ year career. Starting at Marvin's Building Materials on the retail floor, Craig worked in store operations before being promoted to a buyer. He was hired by Lowe's in 1998 as a global merchant before accepting an offer to return to Marvin's to help with their new store expansion strategy and managing LBM departments as a merchant. Craig was eventually promoted to VP of merchandising/marketing, and in 2011, President of Marvin's. Craig has worked in wholesale distribution as a GM for Home Depot subsidiary Your Other Warehouse in Atlanta, and as President of Handy Hardware in Houston. More recently as a member of Orgill's Tyndale Advisors, Craig served as CEO of Fulcrum Building Group, a Florida based new company start up, and is now working with CNRG Stores as their SVP of Supply Chain, with a focus on acquisitions.
